At Helokiuas.fi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sauna equipment; therefore, we offer a 14-day return period for unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Initiate Return Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a return authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original box with all manuals and accessories included, ensuring the sauna heater or stones are properly cushioned for transport.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
